Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 2026

Welcome to Tide Logic Pool Service! These terms outline the agreement for our equipment repairs, installations, and cleaning services. By approving an estimate or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.

1. Estimates & Approvals

  • Accuracy: Estimates are based on our initial diagnostic. If we open up a piece of equipment and find hidden, unexpected damage, we will stop work and send you an updated estimate before moving forward.
  • Expiration: All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

2. Equipment Installations & Repairs

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: Tide Logic is responsible only for the specific parts and equipment we repair or install. We cannot be held liable for leaks, electrical faults, or failures in your pool's existing plumbing, wiring, or older equipment that occur after our work is completed.
  • Part Availability: While we work fast, we are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturer backorders, shipping delays, or discontinued parts.

3. Utilities & Site Access

  • Water & Power: For installs, repairs, and cleanings, you must provide us with working outdoor electrical outlets and a functioning water spigot with adequate pressure.
  • Clear Workspace: Please ensure the equipment pad area is clear of overgrown bushes, lawn debris, wasps/pests, or stored items before our technician arrives.
  • Animals: Pets must be secured indoors or away from the work area for the safety of our technicians.

4. Cleaning & Service Calls

  • One-Time Cleanings: For green-to-clean or one-time cleanings, results depend heavily on the current state of your filtration system. We will balance chemicals and clean to the best of our ability, but older or undersized filters may require multiple visits or equipment upgrades to fully clear the water.
  • Missed Appointments: If our technician arrives for a scheduled repair or cleaning and cannot access the property (locked gates, loose dogs), a standard diagnostic/service call fee may still apply.

5. Payments, Deposits, & Financing

  • Equipment Purchases: For major installations, the cost of all primary equipment (including but not limited to pumps, filters, heaters, and salt systems) must be paid in full before the installation is placed on our service schedule.
  • Final Billing: Once the installation is complete, a final invoice covering labor, pipe, fittings, and any additional parts used will be issued. Final payment is due exactly 15 days from the job completion date.
  • Smaller Repairs & Cleanings: Standard service calls, diagnostics, and minor repairs under are invoiced upon completion and due within 15 days.
  • Late Payments: Past-due final balances may incur a late fee.
